Cancel or change your plan
It all happens in one place, in Stripe, where you can cancel, move to a different plan or update your card. There is no form to fill in and no notice to give.
- Canceling stops the next payment. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have already paid for.
- Your included videos belong to the month. Any you have not used when the period ends do not carry over.
- Extra videos you bought on their own stay on your workspace. You need an active plan to send one.
- Videos you have already sent keep the revisions they came with.
