Effective October 16, 2026

The short version

  • We respect copyright and expect our customers to do the same.
  • If you believe something on our site or in our service uses your work without permission, send a notice to our copyright agent below.
  • If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice.
  • We close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.

This summary is here to help you read the page. The full text below is what applies.

Our copyright agent

Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), send notices of claimed infringement to our designated agent:

Agent
Copyright Agent, Dunamis AI
Email
support@dunamisofficial.com (subject “Copyright notice”)
Mail
Mailing address to be added

This address is for copyright notices only. For anything else, use the email above with another subject.

What a notice must include

For us to act on it, your notice must be in writing and include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or as someone authorized to act for the owner;
  2. the copyrighted work you believe was infringed (or, for several works, a representative list);
  3. the material you believe infringes and enough detail for us to find it, such as the page address or a description of the video and where it appears;
  4. your name, mailing address, phone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). If you are unsure whether a use is infringing, consider fair use and talk to a lawyer first.

What we do with a notice

When we receive a complete notice, we promptly remove or disable access to the material, and we tell the customer who provided it and send them a copy of the notice, which includes your contact details.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send our agent a counter-notice that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. what was removed and where it appeared before it was removed;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address and phone number;
  5. a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We send a copy of a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the use, we restore the material in 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

We close, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe others’ copyrights or are the subject of repeated valid notices. We may also remove content or close accounts for infringement without a notice, under our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
